Acceptable Use Policy

Sequal App is a registered business name of Cybertech Solutions (ACN 631 941 841 · ABN 70 631 941 841). We operate from Queensland, Australia.

This document is general information, not legal advice. It is provided as a good-faith, industry-standard draft and should be reviewed by an Australian legal practitioner before you rely on it.

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to your use of the Sequal App application, its cloud features and its sharing tools.

1. You must not

  • use the Service to store, share or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that you do not have the rights to use;
  • upload media that infringes any copyright, trademark or other right (see our Copyright & Takedown Policy);
  • use the Service to harass, abuse or harm others, or to share harmful, hateful or sexually exploitative material;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or probe, scan or test their security without permission;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, for example by introducing malware, overloading it, or circumventing limits or security;
  • reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service itself, except to the extent the law permits;
  • misrepresent your identity or impersonate others; or
  • use the Service to break any applicable law.

2. Use responsibly

Sequal App helps you build and time physical activity. It does not provide medical advice. Use it safely and sensibly, and see the health and safety disclaimer in our Terms & Conditions.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and take appropriate action, including removing content, and suspending or terminating accounts. Serious or repeated breaches may be reported to authorities where required.

4. Reporting
