This notice explains how Sequal App, a registered business name of Cybertech Solutions, uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies. It complements our Privacy Policy.
1. This website
Our marketing website (this site) does not set tracking cookies and does not load third-party trackers or advertising scripts. It may use a small amount of in-browser storage only to remember interface state (for example, your position in a documentation menu). No personal information is collected by this website for analytics.
2. The app
The Sequal App app stores data on your device to function, including:
- Sign-in tokens — to keep you signed in securely (only if you have an account).
- Preferences — such as your theme and display settings.
- Your library and app state — your activities, sequences, programs and related data are stored locally on your device.
- Your consent choice — so we remember whether you opted in to optional diagnostics.
This storage is essential to providing the Service and is not used to track you across other sites or apps.
3. Optional diagnostics (off by default)
Diagnostic telemetry (used only to detect and fix crashes) is off unless you opt in, and is configured to strip personal information. In the app you may be asked to make a choice; you can change it at any time. If you decline, no diagnostic data is sent.
4. Managing storage
You can clear the app's local data from your device's settings or within the app. Note that clearing local data
will remove any library that has not been synced to the cloud. You can also export your content as a
.fitpack file to keep your own copy.
