Pricing questions
- Is Sequal really free?
- Yes. You can create and play unlimited workouts, yoga flows and breathing exercises on your device for free, with no account and no creation limits. You only need an account (also free) to subscribe to Pro for cloud sync.
- What do I get for the Sequal Pro subscription?
- Sequal Pro adds cloud sync — a backup of your activities, sequences, programs and up to 1 GB of media, kept in sync across devices — plus protected sharing: you can share your work as a signed, time-limited .fitpack carrying your own coach or studio branding. It is $5/month or $36/year in USD.
- How is billing handled?
- Payments are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record, through a secure web checkout. There are no in-app purchases on iOS or Android.
- Can I cancel? Is there a refund?
- You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Subscriptions include a 14-day refund window, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your library always stays on your device. After a Pro subscription ends, your cloud copy (synced content and media) is kept for a 30-day grace period and then removed unless you resubscribe. We email you when access ends and again before deletion.
- What counts toward the 1 GB limit?
- The 1 GB cloud storage limit applies to media (audio, video and images) you sync to the cloud. Media you keep only on your device does not count.
